If you really think you need help, give yourself a mirror and a good uninterrupted hour. Really stretch your face out with goofy expressions for a few minutes, and then go through a list and match every strong emotion you can. Your face *will* get tired. Another thing you can do is when you see a movie or TV show (movie files are best for this) where an actor seems to really express an emotion well, stop the show and get out your mirror and see if you can mimic what they did to express that emotion. You will learn so much, so fast.
All expressions come from emotion. As in acting, the way to express an emotion properly comes from setting up a situation in your mind and then responding from that situation.
But don't forget to stretch out your facial muscles from time to time in order to keep your expression mobile.
Aww man I want to make some parts again, as in the con it expanded, and some things didn't work out well:< I hope to see some new wIP/complete armor from you~
>.> eep maybe you could reinforce some parts with resin ? it'll add some weight to it but it should be better than having it expand on you >.> ,what was the biggest hurdle in your costume ? eep
Ahh like I heard from the person who design it, it's like magical how that armor is on her body haha
