[link]It says gray pink wig, but it looks more closer to dark pink-purple. Here's a before and after pictures of the wig in different lighting:
So far, my sister did most of the cutting and styling with got2be hairspray for two hours, but I still have to make the tail thinner. The wig is heat-resistant, so I was able to straighten the curls I found too cute for Lightning xD The wig is extremely soft!<3
I've been slowly working on Lightning's XIII outfit... I can't wait for this semester to be over so I can finish it! I'll be using LED lights for the pauldron.
Here's my Mari progress so far:
I made the nodes out of DAS clay. I have yet to add more purple to the wig. I already bought shiny pink fabric (I was debating on whether to use shiny or not, but I couldn't find a good matte fabric) for her plugsuit. My sister is making Asuka's Rebuild 3.0 "pirate" plugsuit, she'll be using shiny fabric to match me
I might be having a private photoshoot with my favorite photographer in the summer! That's if I can get the outfits done. Also this summer, I'll be going to Otakon only on Friday-Sunday. I haven't bought the badge yet, money is so tight ;-; I'm planning to go to AUSA next, but it depends on my schedule.
